Thank you so much for your patience with our new self-service billing system. We are experiencing some processing difficulties at the moment. Some accounts are showing inaccurate information. We are aware and are taking steps to solve this issue as quickly as we can. Below are some updates specific to various student types, as each group may have slightly different information available to them in their MyHive student portal:
- New Undergraduate Students: All financial aid offers are available in MyHive, and bills should reflect accepted aid.
- Returning Undergraduate Students: All financial aid offers will be available by Aug. 8. Please watch your Lynchburg email address for an email notifying you of its availability. Note: After you’ve completed your aid acceptance, please wait 24 hours to view/pay your bill in MyHive.
- On-Campus Graduate Students: All financial aid offers are available in MyHive and bills should reflect accepted aid.
- Online Only Graduate Students: Financial Aid offers will be available in MyHive next week.
