Public Events Calendar Submission

Please fill out the form below if you’d like your event to be added to the public events calendar.

Please note:

• By submitting this form, you are confirming that you have already requested the space listed with your event, and that your request has been approved by the space “owner.” If you have not already done so, please make a room request.
• If your event is canceled or if the date/time changes, it’s your responsibility to email events@lists.lynchburg.edu about the change. If you neglect to do so, the listing on the public events calendar will not be updated.
