Adjunct Faculty in the PA Medicine Program
After graduating from the Urgent Care/Rural Health Fellowship Program at Carilion Clinic, Professor Andra Nassif continued her career at Carilion Clinic practicing medicine in the Roanoke Valley. She has worked in Urgent Care for over 5 years. During the pandemic, she additionally worked for the Infectious Disease team in an Infusion Clinic treating Covid-19 patients with new monoclonal antibody treatments. In addition to clinical practice, she also has taken an interest in leadership opportunities. She served as the Lead ACP of the 8 Urgent Care Centers for 4 years, training both PAs and NPs in the setting. In 2021, she was elected Co-Chair of the ACP Advisory Council serving over 500 ACPs at Carilion Clinic. Professor Nassif is excited to share her clinical experience in the academic setting. In her spare time, she also enjoys dance fitness, walking her dogs, and playing tennis or volleyball.
