Adjunct Faculty in the Doctor of Medical Science Program
Dr. Gray is a 2022 graduate of the University of Lynchburg Doctor of Medical Science program, and has served in PA education between clinical and classroom settings for five years. He is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University program in Jacksonville, Fla., where he continues to teach.
Gray’s clinical experience includes emergency medicine settings ranging from a Level 1 trauma center to a small rural emergency department. He worked for several years in urgent care and primary care, and continues to practice in an urgent care clinic.
Gray has volunteered in emergency services for over 15 years, including serving on ground search teams, aircrew, and various service and leadership positions within the incident command system. He has trained aircrews, search teams, and various other tasks, including service in a state emergency operations center during disaster deployments. Dr. Gray has a background in teaching wilderness and water survival. He is also an instrument-rated private pilot. His background also includes project management, leadership, and business operations, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
He resides in St. Simons Island, Ga. with his wife and two rescue dogs.
