Scholarships & Benefits
As a member of Phi Eta Sigma, you will benefit from joining other students who value the power of knowledge, from a variety of academic interests and from other colleges and universities.
Phi Eta Sigma is governed by a Constitution and Laws generated by student delegates attending national conventions. At the biennial conventions, student delegates also elect the national officers and Executive Committee members.
In addition, PES members can help with the induction ceremony in the spring, serve as officers of the organization, and when we begin our service project, participate in the PES service project, which makes them eligible to compete for a PES scholarship awarded through the national office.
Phi Eta Sigma members are eligible to apply for a variety of scholarships, which total approximately $285,000 annually. Both undergraduate and graduate scholarships are available.
The contacts you make through PES will inspire you to continue to work toward academic excellence and the possibility of qualifying for membership in Phi Kappa Phi in the junior or senior year.
