Internships provide students with a supervised work experience in a setting in which criminology is applied. Students in this major are encouraged to take one three credit-hour experiential learning opportunity, which can be satisfied through the internship course (CRIM 399) or through an independent study or study abroad. Note that such a course would be taken in addition to the 33 hrs. required for the major.
Speak to your criminology major advisor to discuss your interest in a criminology internship. Consult your course catalog to learn more about the prerequisite/registration requirements.
