Our program provides a comprehensive education combining scientific knowledge, teaching skills, and practical experience to prepare you for success in both education and health promotion.
Throughout the program, you’ll explore the intersection of psychology and physical activity, learning what factors into motivational processes, stress management, and performance enhancement. You’ll also learn how to address the needs of diverse learners, including students with disabilities, and how to adapt instruction to meet their unique needs.
In addition, you’ll develop strategies to evaluate student performance. These strategies will use quantitative and qualitative measures, ensuring you have a well-rounded understanding of your students’ progress and abilities.
