Dr. Sarah Teets will speak about what people can learn from the indigenous and Black agricultural movements in America. She will also talk about the parallels between Solon’s poetry and North American indigenous approaches to the land.
Teets is currently a post-doctoral fellow and lecturer at the University of Virginia.
