You can schedule an appointment by calling 434.544.8616 or walking in. Health appointments can also be scheduled online through the Student Health Portal.
Most sick appointments can be made on the same day if you feel ill.
Make a Counseling Appointment
Students may call 434.544.8616 or come by HornetCare to schedule an appointment with a counselor during regular office hours.
Fall and Spring Hours
- Available to currently enrolled students.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Closed for lunch, noon-1 p.m.
Summer and Winter Term Hours
- Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- By appointment only
