Excellence in teaching business
Dr. Eric S. Kyper, assistant professor of management information systems, has received the 2012 C. Raine Sydnor Sr. Professorship Award for Teaching Excellence in Business.
Dr. Kyper teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in information systems and business statistics.
Lynchburg College hosts the Virginia Association of Economists
Economists from across the state met met at Lynchburg College for the 37th annual meeting of the Virginia Association of Economists on March 4-5, 2010. Presentations were made by 20 scholars from ten different colleges and universities, two private consulting firms, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and the Congressional Research Service.
