Biography: Dr. Bolander works full-time as an Associate Professor at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She also works part-time clinically at Cactus Pediatric Orthopaedics. She presents nationally on clinical and educational topics, is published in peer-reviewed journals, and serves on several national committees, including the Education Programming Steering Committee for PAEA and the Co-Chair for the PAOS CME Committee. She also serves her local association, ASAPA, and is an Arizona Delegate for the AAPA House of Delegates.
