We do not refund cancellations of specific participants; we only cancel entire programs based on weather in advance, per our cancellation policy. Please understand that we have set aside the exclusive use of the course for your group, and hired our facilitation staff. Our staff is trained based on ratios for your safety, your pre-program educational objectives and of course, fun for all, the three key components to all of our programs.
Booking, contracting, returning signed contract, and paying the contract price will: hold the date; and allow us to hire the staff for your program. Payment is in advance and in full amount at the time of the contract. After booking: 30 days prior to the scheduled program 50 percent is available to be returned if the program is cancelled. After 30 days or if the booking is within 30 days of the program date, the date may be changed due to weather conditions that would be unsafe on the day of the program (lightening, 20 plus mph winds, etc.) We do suggest naming an “alternative date” as a backup at the time of the booking.

- Pre-program Questionnaire (please return ASAP so we can plan the program activities)
- Hold Harmless and Release of Liability must be sign by all accessing or participating the course
- Parental or guardian signature and participant signature required
- Medical Statement
- Directions to the parking area
