Student Health Services does not provide medical excuses for class absences or tardiness on a daily basis. However, at the end of the semester the Student Health Center, with the student’s written permission, will notify instructors that the student was seen by a health professional at the Health Center.
The Health Center will take signed requests by students the last week of classes every semester. Upon the student’s written request the information will be sent to the designated instructor(s), will include all dates that the student was seen in the Health Center for the spring semester, and will be sent to the instructor via email before final grades are due.
