Laundry
The University of Lynchburg partners with Caldwell & Gregory to provide high-efficiency washers and dryers, accessible via the Speed Queen app. Download the app, create an account with your University email (PIN: HORNET), add funds, and manage your laundry. For troubleshooting, visit their website, use the app’s support, or call 800.927.9274.
Maintenance Requests
Repairs and alterations in student residences must be handled by authorized University personnel, and standard furnishings cannot be altered without permission. To report repairs, submit a work order via Asset Essentials, contact your community assistant, or call Facilities Management at 434.544.8276 (business hours) or Campus Safety at 434.544.8102 (after hours) for urgent issues like leaks or power outages.
