The City of Lynchburg is accessed by two major routes – US 29 which runs north and south, and US 460 which runs east and west.
The University is on US 221, which runs north and south and is known as Lakeside Drive.
Airports in Charlottesville (CHO), Roanoke (ROA), and Greensboro, NC (GSO) are also all within a two hour drive.
